- Summary:
It’s used for collecting the smoke which produced by the burning test, dealing with the smoke, and then release out the gas which is according with environmental protection requirements.
Technical parameters:
◆ Material: Washing tower: PP material. No metal components in the system, so it has extremely high resistance to acid, alkali, and corrosion.
◆ Circulation-liquid layer: It can be filled with water, also scrubbing solution, and the latter is much better. It’s used to prevent corroding the bottom of the washing tower from the discharged waste.
◆ Air layer: There’s waste gas which needs to be dealt with from the production or the experiment. The air layer is linked with the air intakes, so that the waste can be sent to the air layer.
◆ Packing layer: Filling material of the washing tower: PP material in the sea urchins type with small holes inside. It shapes like multitooth tellertt. There’re windows on the surface of the filling, which is easy for cleaning small balls in the packing layer. The main function of the packing layer is to scatter the waste air, and make it become the dispersed waste, so that the waste gas can be cleaned fully in the water-spray layer.
◆ Water-spray layer: The sprinkler head of the water-spray layer use the PP material, 120 degree rotated no plug nozzle. Covering area can be reached to 95%. There’s a separate window in the water-spray layer, to check the working conditions of the sprinkler head.
◆ Anti-fog layer: It can filter the impurity in the air effectively; also can prevent the water mist crystal in the waste gas from corrodding the inside of the washing tower.
◆ Circulating pump: It makes the liquid in the circulation-liquid layer go through the sprinkler head, so that the water can be recycled use. In this way, you can save much water.
